This intriguing morning workshop helps staff understand why formerly incarcerated individuals often sabotage workplace opportunities, and explores cognitive-behavioral strategies to help them succeed. In clear, understandable terms, this dynamic 3-hour workshop will help staff:
  1. Understand the cognitive mechanisms by which former offenders often justify their actions.
  2. Compare the code of the street with the hidden code of the workplace held by many employers.
