The United States Department of Labor's Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives published a toolkit titled "Ready4Reentry: Prisoner Reentry Toolkit for Faith-Based and Community Organizations."  This toolkit provides helpful information about offering transitional services - specifically employment opportunities - to formerly incarcerated individuals, including sample job descriptions, Memorandum of Agreements, and agency referral forms.
