download the order form at right, then complete and e-mail or fax it to us as
soon as possible. Allow 2 weeks for UPS Ground delivery (10%) or 3-4 days for Rush
delivery (15%).

200-340 books total: $ 7.00 each
350-490 books total: $ 6.00 each
500+ books: $ 5.00 each
