WHO?
The 4-session (3 hours/session) Managing to Work It Out program targets supervisors who are struggling to effectively manage a new and diverse generation of workers in a variety of fields

WHY?
Changes in the composition of today's workforce have put many supervisors at a disadvantage. No longer can they rely upon an intuitive understanding of workers' issues and needs. More traditional management techniques often fail when line workers and their supervisors are unable to establish a common language or find a common perspective on work-related problems.

WHAT?
Through structured group discussion, role plays, and thought-provoking team building activities, Managing to Work It Out participants challenge their own beliefs and biases about work and workers. At the same time, managers learn valuable new communication and problem solving skills to ease conflicts with and between workers.
