WHO? The 10-lesson Workin It Out program targets inexperienced or dislocated workers starting a new job, or preparing to do so soon.
WHY? Many new or dislocated workers lack the basic interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in the social environment of today's workplace.
In addition, our increasingly diverse workforce brings varying beliefs and customs regarding appropriate behavior at work. The common-sense expectations many employers hold may be foreign to those with little experience in the workplace.
WHAT? Through realistic stories, interactive role-plays, and thought-provoking activities, Workin It Out participants come to better understand the unspoken rules of the workplace. They also learn and practice simple but useful skills for communicating and resolving common work-related problems.

As an educator and trainer, I tend not to want to go to trainings and workshops because I usually know the information. However, in this case the training was great, informative, and educational. Thank you! Ferris Griffin, GED instructor PWDC Philadelphia, PA
At first I dreaded attending this training, but once I got here I loved it. It was a learning experience and a retreat. It got the workers to loosen up and have fun with each other. You are definitely an excellent trainer. You made me laugh!" LaTasha Johnson Chicago Christian Industrial League Chicago, IL
Immensely helpful, insightful, and inspiring. It will quietly force you and challenge you in aspects of your own life, professional and personal. L.Thomas Arbor E&T Philadelphia, PA
